The X300 series CPU controller comes standard with 2 Ethernet ports, 2 RS485 serial communication interfaces, and supports Ethernet Modbus RTU、ModbusTCP/IP, And free protocol communication.

·Enrich communication network

Using the CM communication extension module, it supports communication networks such as GPRS/4G/Zigbee, cloud server functions, and achieves data interconnection and intercommunication.

·Support multiple network topology forms

The X300 series products support serial bus expansion interconnection, and can also achieve centralized or distributed deployment of multiple controllers through the built-in Ethernet port. The network topology supports common daisy chain and star connection methods.

·Powerful scalability

The X300 series CPU supports installation of expansion modules in both left and right directions. Up to 3 CM communication expansion modules can be extended to the left, providing interfaces such as GPRS, 4G, RS 232/485, as well as gateway or network switch functions. Up to 8 I/O expansion modules can be extended to the right, including various input and output modules, which can adapt to various applications ranging from high-speed discrete control to process control. The X300 series CPU can support up to DI: 136, DO: 136, AI: 70, AO: 34.

The X300 series provides a signal convex board function module, which can be conveniently installed in the corresponding position of the integrated IoT controller according to needs, thus providing more application function support in a cost-effective solution.

·Simple and easy-to-use programming software

Etrol UnityX, It is a universal configuration software for X300 series products, complying with IEC 61131-3, supporting offline download, online download, configuration upload and other functions, supporting LD/FBD/ST programming methods, graphical and textual formats

·Rich supporting software

The OPC server software releases real-time data of the control system through OPC services. Various HMI/SCADA software can access all system data in a secure, reliable, and efficient manner through OPC client and OPC services provided by OPC server.

Cloud server software, based on virtualization technology, provides cloud server software that can be deployed on both private and public clouds. In the configuration software, with the help of a wizard, it is quick and easy to achieve control system related data and interconnection with the cloud.

Cloud server software that supports real-time management of analog, switch, and communication volumes in control systems, and can be extended to support historical management of audio and video data. Through the communication interface provided by the software, it is possible to achieve interconnectivity with mainstream databases such as SQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and DB2, and customize data processing requirements according to different projects.

The Etrol Unity series software provides system maintenance app software for system operation and customized app software for projects.

The system operation and maintenance app software can set access permissions to the system through configuration software, connect to the controller through the Bluetooth interface of the phone/iPad, and perform identity authentication on the app to securely and reliably access the control system, perform device management, maintenance, and diagnosis.

By developing software packages through the system SDK, it is possible to create fully autonomous apps for different specific project applications, enabling comprehensive display, operation, and maintenance of data. It can be connected to the system through on-site Bluetooth communication or through cloud based interoperability.
